Do you believe me, if I say that your breath is telling you something all the time?
Your answer might be “No”.
Now before you reach to a conclusion, think again how your breath is when you are surprised or in shock or in fear? If your breath does not stop momentarily, at least it will go shallow or irregular. Contrary to this, when you relax, your breaths will be long and easy.
So, does this not mean that by watching your breath, you can determine your state of mind?
